The service

Artificial Influence measures how AI answer engines respond to questions you configure. AI answers vary, and we do not guarantee any ranking, mention or outcome. Metrics are labelled Verified, Provisional or Insufficient data according to our published methodology.

Plans, prices and renewal

Prices are in US dollars: Pro $49/month or $470/year; Agency $199/month or $1,910/year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time. Web subscriptions are cancelled in Settings › Billing; in-app subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy and, for in-app purchases, under the app store’s policies.

Consulting sessions

Sessions are priced in USD and paid in advance. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and client no-shows are not refunded. If the consultant cancels or does not attend, you are refunded in full. A held time slot is released if payment is not completed within 10 minutes. Consultants keep everything you share confidential, may use it only to advise you, and access your data only through the read-only snapshot you approve; it expires after 30 days, you can revoke it at any time, and every access is logged for you. The workspace owner can delete consulting data (problem statements, shares, consultant notes and rating comments) at any time; payment records are kept as the law requires. Consultants give advice only: no outcome, ranking or result is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate fake reviews, fake personas or manipulative content, or to violate any third party’s terms. Drafts we provide must be reviewed by you before publishing, and must disclose your affiliation where required.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
