Who we are

Artificial Influence (“we”) is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India. Contact: privacy@artificialinfluence.example.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (Google or Apple if you use them), time zone.
Workspace data you provide: brands, competitors, questions, brand facts, roadmap edits, consultation intake.
Measurement data we generate: AI engine answers to your questions, cited URLs, analysis results.
Billing data: handled by our payment processors (Cashfree Payments, Apple, Google via RevenueCat). We store plan status, amounts in USD and payment references, never full card numbers.
Usage and diagnostics: product analytics events (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry), without the content of your answers.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill subscriptions, send transactional and alert emails (Resend), secure the service and improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing with consultants

If you book a consultation and consent, we share a scoped, read-only snapshot of your workspace data with the assigned consultant. It expires after 30 days, you can revoke it at any time, and every access is logged.

Processors

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cashfree Payments, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Resend, Sentry, PostHog, and the AI engine providers that receive your questions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity).

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Settings on the web or in the app. This deletes your personal data and any workspace you solely own. Billing records may be kept as required by law.

You can access, correct, export (CSV/JSON) or delete your data. Contact us for any request.
